Durable and precise silicone rubber heaters are available in a virtually unlimited range of configurations and geometry’s.
Silicone rubber heaters provide highly efficient heat transfer over a wide temperature range. Lightweight and flexible, the heaters provide superior surface conformance that extends heater life by minimizing the gradient between resistive element and heat sink. In addition, silicone rubber heaters are dimensionally stable and tear and chemical resistant.
Available in a virtually unlimited range of configurations and geometry’s, silicone rubber heaters can be designed with multiple heating, shielding and power levels. Thermostats can be incorporated in a heater for optimum response time and gradient control. Also, sensors can be laminated inside a heater, adhered to the heater surface, or installed at specific locations within the system to prevent overtemperature.

For optimum heater performance and cost effectiveness, we can vulcanize a heater to your thermal subassembly. You can supply the heat sinks or have us fabricate them to your specification…giving you a guaranteed bond, superior reliability, and the benefit of our extensive experience in bonding techniques.
Innovative Solutions
Problem: Heater needed to accurately maintain liquid temperature in a laboratory vessel with compound curves.
Solution: Created a silicone rubber heater with a unique geometric shape and integral temperature sensor to control bath solution at 170°F ± 1°F. Also purchased tank and installed heater/sensor assembly for a turnkey solution.
